About Centerpoint Mediation
I'm the Person You Come to When You Have an Issue
When conflict feels impossible to navigate alone, I provide a calm, neutral space where people can be heard — and where resolution becomes possible.
I've always been drawn to people — really listening to them, meeting them where they are, and helping them find a way forward. That's not something I learned in a classroom. It's just who I am.
For years I worked as a virtual assistant, including five years as the only U.S. contact for a company based in Sweden. I was the bridge between two very different worlds — different languages, time zones, expectations. I learned quickly that most conflict, at its core, comes down to people not feeling heard. That lesson never left me.
My husband and I also co-founded WAITE Ministries, where we hosted free Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners to make sure no one in our community had to sit alone over the holidays. While the initiative was featured on 13WHAM News, I share this not to impress anyone—but because it reflects why I do this work. Whether I am hosting a community table or guiding a family through a difficult transition, I believe that everyone deserves to be heard, respected, and reminded that they matter.
When I decided to pursue mediation training, it felt less like a career change and more like everything finally clicking into place. The education gave me structure and tools. But the desire behind it — that was already there.
When you come to me, I'm not going to rush you or push you toward a particular outcome. I'm going to slow things down, make sure you feel genuinely heard, and help you and the other party find a path forward that actually works — on your terms.

My Approach
"I believe change is possible — and there is always a way to make things better.
That belief is the foundation of everything I do. No matter how stuck a situation feels, I come to every session with the conviction that a better outcome is within reach. My job is to help you find it.
